Future Indiana Team/Network Mtg April 25, 2009

The Future Indiana Network is a grassroots, not-for-profit, network-driven effort to build Indiana capabilities, intelligence, exposure, and economy.  We are an extension of I-Open, an open source economic development not-for-profit in Cleveland, Ohio and we are working to set up a Midwest Regional Block for open source economic development. Our main site, Future Indiana, incorporates long-range planning for communities and their economies into open source models for economic development and business/social entrepreneuring.  Understand and influence the long-range future for the state of Indiana.  Publish policy research reports and an annual Indiana State of the Future Index (SOFI)--See a draft at this link.

We are also working on concepts likeI-Open , which is an open source educational resource for communities.
